What is it?

→  At Thrive, our vision is to help one person at a time to thrive and to be the best version of themselves that they can be.

→  How do we help one person at a time? We need your help to achieve this.

→  We train you as an Instructor to help educate workplaces and communities, you will become a Thrive partner AND unlock a
revenue stream.

If you have previous experience of training and/or mentoring individuals and teams, delivering presentations or workshops and a deep interest in Neurodiversity advocacy, then this training is for you.

  • By investing in becoming a Neurodiversity Instructor with Thrive you can help educate workplaces and communities about the strengths of neurodiverse individuals.
  • You’ll be able to educate employers on how neurodiverse strengths can be leveraged, and how employers can benefit when they adopt an “inclusion for all” policy.

What's Inside

7-Day Thrive Training to Neurodiversity Instructor

Qualifying as a Thrive Instructor means that you can offer a premium service to a market that’s just waking up to the potential of fully embracing neurodiversity.

Our Instructor Training programme lasts for seven days, over 3 to 4 weeks, with a mix of face-to-face and virtual modules, all in-person or all online (see training dates)

We cover
• How a neurodiverse mind works
• How proactive inclusion can help employers retain & empower staff
• What it means to experience sensory overload
• How all neurodiverse behaviour is actually communication

Peer assessment and sign-off process to become an approved Instructor Partner.

We provide all the training materials you will need, along with access to a digital portal - a hub to access the latest resources and stay connected with us and your fellow Thrive Instructors.


The Instructor Resource Hub

The Thrive Instructor Resource Hub is included free for one year as part of your training. After the first 12 months we will invite you to join the annual membership* to continue access to all the up to date materials and resources to keep your skills up to date and relevant. *(currently £150 +VAT annually thereafter.)

The Instructor Resource Hub is a one-stop-shop to the up to date info and materials you will be using when delivering your training.

The one year free membership starts on the last day of your training.

What you will get

✔︎   Attendance of live (or recorded) sessions of the Thrive Neurodiversity in the Workplace Aware Webinar

Our main requirement of you is YOUR COMMITMENT.
Each module and training day - including your end assessment and celebration day – contains essential content you won’t want to miss. If you think you can’t make all the dates, please choose a cohort where you can. Whilst all virtual sessions are recorded, nothing creates inclusion like a cohort that trains together.

✔︎   WHAT IS YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL 🤩

Qualifying as a Thrive Instructor means that you can offer a premium service to a market that is waking up to fully embracing neurodiversity.

For example, our recommended pricing structure for clients is:
£600 + VAT for a 1-hour 'Aware Webinar'
£1550 + VAT for the 4-hour 'Champion Workshop'

We also provide you with the chance to progress to the Thrive Neurodiversity in the Workplace for Managers training program,  after 6 months, or after you’ve delivered two successful Aware webinars and Champion workshops. This can then be rolled out to clients for £2500 + VAT for a full-day workshop.

Sue Garner

Thrive Neurodiversity Trainer

Sue is an award-winning facilitator with over 20 years’ experience, specialising in mentoring, coaching and training individuals and leaders.   

Whether it’s developing your managers, winning more business through persuasive presentations or improving personal effectiveness and wellbeing, Sue helps teams deliver exceptional results.     

Drawing on a learning and development background in both private and public sector, Sue’s experience includes facilitating stress management and resilience workshops for individuals, leaders, civil servants and police sergeants/inspectors.  

Sue uses an extensive tookit, including a dash of humour, to enable individuals to take their skills, attitudes and behaviours to an advanced level, instilling confidence and self-awareness.   

As a lifelong learner, Sue also mentors and trains other trainers,  and runs a monthly online group ‘The Training Club’ which trains, upskills and supports trainers/facilitators to develop, flourish and be amazing in their specialist field!  

Sue is also passionate about empowering women and students, regularly speaking and facilitating at events such as Women Enablement Days and careers events, empowering them to be heard, be confident and be resilient in life and work.

Mo Bury

Thrive Neurodiversity Trainer

With over 130 testimonials for Mo on LinkedIn, Mo Bury is an International ‘Brain Friendly’ trainer and coach and speaker, working in the global corporate world for over 20 years.

Her speciality is behavioural change in sales, leadership and management helping people change the way they think about what matters.  

Mo has explored and studied with many of the world leading experts in a variety of behavioural change fields including NLP (master business practitioner and coach), Transactional Analysis, 'Clean Language', and 'Three Principles' to name just a few.

Since becoming aware of her own Neurodiversity (ADHD & Dyscalculia) it’s changed her life "I only wish I’d become aware years ago, it would have changed the lives of the people around me for the better too".
